Founder and CEO

Jesse Lavie, Founder and CEO of CAS Building Specialists Inc., is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began as a concrete and asphalt specialist, where he honed his skills before striving for bigger challenges. Driven by a desire for greater impact, Jesse obtained his B License and transitioned into a licensed general contractor and building specialist.

A proud veteran, Jesse’s military background fuels his strategic, solution-driven approach, empowering his team to overcome obstacles and driving the company’s ongoing growth. His goal is nothing short of changing the face of construction by pushing the boundaries of quality, innovation, and efficiency. Under his leadership, CAS has earned a reputation as a trusted name in the industry, known for consistently delivering exceptional results on every project.

Liron Lavie

Chief Financial Officer

Liron Lavie, our Chief Financial Officer, brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in construction management, playing a central role in guiding the financial success of CAS Building Specialists Inc. As a key leader within the company, Liron oversees all financial operations, expertly managing risks and ensuring precision in bookkeeping, which allows for seamless and efficient day-to-day operations.

Matthew

Project Estimator

Matthew is a highly skilled takeoff project estimator with over five years of experience in both commercial and residential estimating. With a background in architecture and construction, he studied architecture in Chicago before relocating to California to further his career in the industry. This unique blend of architectural knowledge and hands-on construction experience allows Matthew to provide precise, comprehensive estimates that ensure the success of every project.

His ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between design and construction allows him to deliver accurate estimates that align with both the vision and the practical needs of the project, all while fostering strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

Diana

Project Manager

Diana brings over five years of administrative experience, providing vital support to both on-site and in-house teams. She manages administrative tasks, coordinates daily operations throughout each project phase, and ensures seamless communication in both English and Spanish for trade contractors and field managers.

Her excellent interpersonal skills help build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and team members, contributing to smooth collaboration across all project phases. As our Project Manager, Diana plays a key role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of every project.

Ami

General Manager

With over 30 years of experience in multi-unit, commercial, and luxury home construction and renovation, Ami is a seasoned General Manager who leads with precision, innovation, and an exceptional eye for quality. Known for his sharp attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills, Ami ensures the successful delivery of high-quality projects from start to finish, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, Ami’s ability to communicate seamlessly with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders is a key driver of success. His strong leadership and effective communication foster collaboration, enabling projects to stay on track and run smoothly, no matter the complexity.

Berkley

Content and Public Relations Manager

Berkley is a passionate multimedia creative with over five years of marketing experience. As Content and Public Relations Manager, she oversees the production of all CAS media—including video, photography, and social campaigns—ensuring they align with the company’s vision and audience.

In addition to content creation, Berkley manages public relations efforts by building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, coordinating interviews, and securing press opportunities to enhance CAS’s industry presence. Her expertise in storytelling, design, and strategic communication drives impactful marketing strategies that elevate the CAS brand and strengthen its reputation.
